About Emergency Management

The Lebanon County Department of Emergency Services (LCDES) Emergency Management is responsible for assisting municipalities within their jurisdiction in all aspects of emergency management (preparedness, response, mitigation, and recovery). The aim is to reduce the harmful effects of all hazards, both natural and man-made. The LCDES Emergency Management is currently staffed by one coordinator and two planners. Our staff is augmented with volunteers during emergency situations.
